01. Scoping call
We learn about your team's current knowledge level, the products they work on, and what your organization has already committed to. This shapes the content and the format.
02. Program design
We tailor the content and select the right format based on your goals, team size, and available time. Choose between a one-hour presentation, a three-hour workshop and a six-week training program.
03. Delivery
In-person or remote. Workshops and training are hands-on and interactive. Longer programs include practical application between sessions.
