We help you set the rules for how your organization adopts and uses AI responsibly. This covers use-case vetting, vendor selection criteria, environmental impact considerations, and internal policy your teams can actually follow.

Best if: you're adopting AI tools or building AI features and have no framework yet for evaluating their environmental or ethical footprint

Deliverables: an AI governance framework covering use-case evaluation, vendor and model selection criteria, and internal guidelines your teams can apply without a sustainability degree.

Timeline: 6 to 8 weeks to a first version, with a review cadence built in

Fractional Sustainability Advisor

We sit with your leadership or sustainability lead, not embedded in a single product team, to help prioritize across your whole portfolio: which products, which vendors, which initiatives get attention first, and why.

Best if: you have multiple teams or products and no single person whose job it is to connect the dots between them on sustainability.

Deliverables: ongoing advisory support on portfolio-level priorities, vendor and supplier criteria, and input on reporting to your board or stakeholders.

Timeline: ongoing engagement, typically retained quarterly

Adoption & Monitoring at Scale

Training builds awareness. This is what happens after: we track whether the practices actually stick, across every team that went through it, and flag where they didn't.

Best if: your teams have been trained on sustainable digital or AI practices, and you want to know if it changed anything.

Deliverables: an adoption tracking framework, checkpoints at defined intervals, and a report on where practices took hold and where they didn't.

Timeline: set up in 2 to 3 weeks, monitored over 3 to 6 months.
